Terms & Conditions

Our check-in time is 3 pm. Our check-out is at 10 am. 

Late checkout will result in a $30 fee.

To ensure occupancy, we suggest you reserve your room as early as possible. To secure your room, please provide credit card information or send a check. Your deposit will be refunded if we receive a cancellation notice 7 days prior to your stay. However, if cancellation is received in less than 7 days, you will receive a gift certificate for future use for a one-night stay.

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any aversion to pets. While we maintain a pet-free environment in the common areas and guest rooms, we have pets in residence in the innkeeper’s quarters. So sorry, but no other pets are allowed although we can recommend excellent boarding facilities nearby.

Cancellations must be received via email at st**@br****************.com 7 days prior to reservation arrival.  Cancellation notices within 7 days will be charged a one-night stay. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full reservation amount if the room cannot be rebooked.

No-show reservations or shortened stays will be charged the full amount of the original reservation. Emergency situations will be handled at the owner’s discretion.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that visitors and guests refrain from smoking while in our home.
